BEDI DESIGN is an interior architecture studio based in Bangkok, Thailand, working internationally. For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”), we are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

Through our hosting provider: standard server logs, including IP address, browser user agent, pages requested and timestamps.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal, necessary for taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (PDPA s.24(3)).
  • Keeping records of business correspondence, our legitimate interest in managing client relationships (PDPA s.24(5)).
  • Security and abuse prevention, our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

4. How long we keep it

6. Transfers outside Thailand

Under the PDPA you may request access to your personal data and a copy of it; correction of inaccurate data; erasure; restriction of processing; portability; you may object to processing; and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis relied upon.

8. Clients and visitors in the European Union

Where we offer services to clients established in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation may apply in addition to the PDPA. 9. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, the contact form is protected against automated submission, and access to correspondence is limited to the studio. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed entirely secure.
